What happens if the submission has deficiencies?

From the principle of material truth (see above), it follows that the administrative authorities must immediately remedy any defects in submissions. Within the framework of this improvement order, it must be recognizable to the party that failure to rectify the deficiency in a timely manner will lead to the rejection of the application.
