Michael Ibesich

My approach as a lawyer is to offer hope but also to communicate realistically about what to expect. As a passionate amateur photographer, I have a trained eye for the essentials. I recognize the important details and can quickly assess how your legal prospects are and whether a procedure is worthwhile based on my experience. Because even a bad settlement is often better in practice than a lost trial. If a procedure is still unavoidable, I will represent your interests vigorously in court.

I value individual and personal advice. You can ask me for advice on specific issues, but it is best if we develop a comprehensive solution.

I feel at home as a lawyer for individuals as well as in advising companies, from formation and contract law to corporate law issues and economic criminal law, to arbitration and litigation.

My path to becoming a lawyer may seem straightforward at first glance. But my education in Vienna and London, as well as professional stations in renowned law firms and corporations in Austria and also in New York with different legal focuses, reflect my versatility, especially concerning my clients.

You benefit from this because this broad experience and expertise is a perfect basis for tailor-made solutions that are legally sound and strategically thought out. So you can be sure that your legal matters are in competent hands, whether they are private or business challenges.
