FAQ

Can a will be revoked?

A testamentary disposition can, of course, be revoked by the testator at any time. This can happen in two ways:

  • Establishment of a new testamentary disposition
  • Express or tacit revocation of the established testamentary disposition without making a new disposition in the process

Revocation of the will and testament is also permissible. In this case, the earlier testamentary disposition is generally revived.
