FAQ

When does legal adult representation end?

Legal adult representation ends for the same reasons as the advance power of attorney. In addition, unlike the advance power of attorney and the elected adult representation, legal adult representation is limited in time. If it is not re-registered in the ÖZVV, it expires after three years.
