FAQ

How and until when can the costs be claimed?

In order to claim the costs, a list of costs must be submitted before the end of the oral hearing, otherwise the claim for compensation shall lapse. If there is no oral hearing, the costs must be listed in the pleading. The list of costs must also be handed over to the opponent, who may raise justified objections within 14 days. If the opponent fails to do so, the court shall base its decision on the list of costs, although any obvious inaccuracies shall be taken into account.
