FAQ

How does the course of proceedings in the district court differ from this?

In the district court proceedings, there are two major differences from the regional court proceedings. Firstly, there is no statement of defense, which means that the defendant must present the defense orally at the hearing. Secondly, in order for payment proceedings, the objection to the order for payment does not have to be substantiated.
