FAQ

Is the hearing open to the public?

No, negotiations within the scope of insolvency proceedings are not public, so the public has no right to participate. However, the parties to the proceedings are, of course, entitled to participate, therefore including, in addition to the debtor and creditors, the insolvency administrator, the members of the creditors’ committee and debtors’ representatives.
