FAQ

Is there an entitlement to reimbursement of expenses for the activity?

Yes, both the elected and legal adult representatives are entitled to reimbursement of all necessary cash expenses, actual expenses, and the cost of appropriate liability insurance.

In addition to the entitlement to reimbursement of expenses, the judicial adult representative also has a right to annual compensation calculated based on the income and assets of the adult. These claims must be asserted in court within three years.

The claims of the advance power of attorney are not explicitly regulated by law but can be agreed upon within the framework of the power of attorney agreement. If this does not occur, the provisions of power of attorney law apply.
