What appeals can be made against decisions of the administrative courts?

The administrative courts decide either by judgment or by order. Judgment is always required when the complaint is not to be dismissed or the proceedings are not to be terminated. Dismissal or termination of the proceedings is made by order. Against a judgment or an order of the administrative court, the following options are available:

  • Appeal to the Supreme Administrative Court
  • Complaint to the Constitutional Court
