FAQ

What is the purpose and subject matter of the enforcement procedure?

Enforcement (execution) is the compulsory enforcement of obligations. It serves to realize the obligation to provide a specific service, to tolerate something, or to refrain from something. The decision issued within the framework of the procedure (enforcement order) regulates against whom the enforcement should take place and which means should be used.
