FAQ

When can a complaint be submitted to the Constitutional Court?

In addition to the appeal, under certain conditions, an appeal to the Constitutional Court can also be lodged. Unlike the appeal, only a limited range of unlawfulness can be asserted here – specifically, the violation of fundamental rights and the violation of rights due to the application of an unlawful norm.

If the complaint is rejected or dismissed by the Constitutional Court, the complainant can request transfer to the Administrative Court of the Republic within two weeks after service of the decision of the Constitutional Court.
