FAQ

Who can be a judicial adult representative?

The choice of the representative is generally based on the wishes of the person to be represented. Priority is given to the person emerging from an advance power of attorney, elected adult representation, or adult representative order. If there is no such person, a close relative is appointed, or subsidiarily an adult protection association.
