The right of inheritance is the right of the heir to claim the whole estate or a certain part of it. However, this right can be claimed only by persons entitled to it. Prerequisites for this are:
- Inheritance title or grounds for claiming – as a legal ground for claiming a right of inheritance.
- Inheritance capacity or no inheritance ineligibility
