FAQ

What is the procedure?

The enforcement procedure can be divided into two sections:

  • Approval procedure
  • Execution procedure

The approval procedure shall commence with the petition for enforcement filed by the creditor seeking enforcement. It ends with the approval. This is followed by execution. The execution procedure basically consists of the search procedure, the seizure procedure, the realization procedure, and the distribution procedure, although not all of these steps necessarily have to be completed. For example, in the case of execution for seizure, there are no acts of realization.
