Is legal aid also available in proceedings out of dispute?

The provisions on legal aid in the Code of Civil Procedure shall also apply mutatis mutandis in non-contentious proceedings. This also applies to the provisions on legal aid for crime victims. Therefore, psychosocial legal aid granted in criminal proceedings may also be used in non-contentious proceedings.
