Civil law is concerned with relations between persons – both individuals (humans) and legal entities (e.g. LLCs, PLCs, etc.).. It includes, among other things, contract law and tort law. Civil procedure law is the process of resolving disputes among parties. Civil procedure law provides a set of rules to govern the way in which such disputes are dealt with in court.

My services include support to my clients in all areas of civil law, civil procedure law and contract law.

I help my clients to enforce their claims and to defend themselves with regard to claims brought against them. I like to develop a negotiation strategy in collaboration with the client and help them to succeed. I will also fight for your interests out of court, including by negotiating a satifactory out-of-court settlements with your opponents.
