I provide advice to my clients – both private individuals and companies – in all legal matters. I represent my clients in contentious and non-contentious proceedings before the civil courts, in administrative proceedings and as a defence attorney in criminal and white-collar criminal cases. Over the course of my legal career, I have developed the following areas of expertise:
Dispute Resolution, Civil Law and Contract Law
Civil law is concerned with relations between persons – both individuals (humans) and legal entities (e.g. LLCs, PLCs, etc.). It includes, among other things, contract law and tort law. Civil procedure law is the process of resolving disputes among parties. Civil procedure law provides a set of rules to govern the way in which such disputes are resolved in court.
My services include support to my clients in all areas of civil and civil procedure law, as well as contract law.
Family and Matrimonial Law, Law of Succession
Family law comprises various areas, such as matrimonial law, divorce law, parental rights and responsibilities as well as questions of custody and visitation rights. The law of succession provides a legal framework for deciding who will inherit an individual’s assets, rights, and obligations after that individual’s death.

Real Estate Law
Real estate law is a special sub-area of civil law. Among other things, it deals with the admissibility of individual clauses in leases and with questions related to the termination of a lease. It also includes questions and problems in connection with the acquisition of real estate.
